…and it might just be a princess.  Or not.  Either way, Baby will be very lucky and very loved with a very smart and a really cute big sister who can’t wait to meet her new brother or sister.

We had a great time photographing Jen and her beautiful princess.  Actually, my assistant and I both left the shoot that day a Princess.  It’s official.  Little J said we were.  Both of us.  She made it so, and, Yes …we believe her.  I think you should too.

Motherhood is such a special joy and it is even more so when you know so.

Pregnant women are some of the most beautiful women in the world.  Lucky are the women who have people in their life who realize it, and blessed is the woman who knows this for herself.

Jonathan and Merisa are a super special couple from Washington.   I tried talking them into getting married in Santa Fe, and as much as they thought about it (I think they were just humoring me), it’s not gonna happen.

They have however, promised to come back with wedding dress in tow, and do a bridal shoot with us on the plaza.   They’re planning their wedding and I’m planning their post wedding photo shoot.

We really enjoyed the time we spent with them.  I couldn’t have imagined a more kind and loving couple.  They are beautiful together.  On the outside, but more importantly and where it really counts, …on the inside.

Some of the most beautiful people are pregnant women…  It is  wonderful, sensual and humbling having a baby growing inside you.  The changes you feel, as the love for your baby grows each day is a truly awesome experience and such an important time in your life as a woman and a mother.  Congratulations to all you beautiful mamas.  …This series has put me back in touch again with the miracle of motherhood.   Thank you Elena for allowing us to share these images from our time together.

Brother and Izzy

Thanks Izzy, Brother, Mom and Dad for being such great sports and allowing us to post  some pictures from our shoot!  We had a blast!

This photo has become my favorite couple’s shot we’ve done.  It’s a candid shot of our friends Adrian and Inca.    They are very much in love, and this photo speaks volumes of that love and their passion for eachother.
